Dilly and Pink Terms and Conditions
Dilly and Pink is a wholesale company. Minimum order value is £50 with a carriage charge of £6.50.
A carriage paid order is £100 net of VAT.
First order is pro-forma then 30 days credit, terms and conditions apply.
Every effort is made to give an accurate description of the items for sale. Due to the hand made nature of many of the items, and to the nature of digital photography and the difference in monitors, there may be a slight difference in colours.
Some of our Jewellery uses handmade ceramic elements and these can very in size and colour also.
Faulty Goods - In the unfortunate event that goods are faulty, please inform us as soon as possible and we will make arrangements to have them returned. Depending upon the fault we will either repair, replace where possible or refund - as you prefer. In the case that the goods are proven to be faulty, we will refund return postage.
Payment is either BACS transfer, credit card or cheque. Details will be sent with the Invoice.
Privacy & Cookies
Dilly and Pink does not store or share our customers' personal details. We simply collect name, address and e mail for the purpose of postage and in case we need to contact them regarding their order.

UK : A 30 day invoice is sent with each order, allowing a 30 day credit period from the invoice date. An interest charge of 2% of the outstanding invoice value per month, or part thereof, from the date of the invoice will be levied on any accounts remaining unpaid beyond the due date. Dilly and Pink reserves the right to cancel a customer's order if the said customer's account is not clear.
